As an industrial worker or machine operator, you will work with the manufacturing of products according to specifications and ensure that high quality is maintained through careful inspections. You will be responsible for following safety regulations, operating machines and tools, and reporting any deviations. Additionally, you will participate in equipment maintenance and contribute to improvement work to optimize the production process for our clients.

We are looking for someone who has completed a recognized high school education with a focus on construction and civil engineering, industry, or another education deemed equivalent. Experience in the manufacturing industry is required, as well as the ability to handle various tools and have good machine knowledge, along with basic skills in reading technical drawings. You should preferably hold a forklift license. To succeed in this role, you must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of working with CNC machines, other advanced production equipment, troubleshooting experience, or experience in construction work and handling tools. Experience working in teams and the ability to quickly adapt to new work environments are highly valued.
