Are you looking for a long-term assignment where your expertise in MasterCam and advanced milling will truly shine? Are you a senior CNC operator with at least six years of professional experience? We are seeking a candidate with strong technical knowledge for a long-term assignment with our client in Skene. This role is ideal for someone with solid industry experience who wants to grow into a stable company, as the client's stated goal is to offer permanent employment after a period of temporary staffing through Randstad.

To succeed in this role, you must be self-sufficient, which means we are looking for someone with at least six years of experience in CNC milling, preferably more. You possess specialist knowledge in MasterCam programming and have a thorough understanding of everything from rigging and setting up machines to running production with the highest precision. Since the tasks require deep professional knowledge and independent decision-making, this is not a role for a beginner. We are looking for you to become a key player in the production process.

The work takes place during daytime hours, Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 16:15, and on Fridays from 07:00 to 13:15.

Responsibilities

• Programming: Create, correct, and optimize programs in MasterCam for CNC milling.
• Machine Setup: Rig, set up, and prepare machines for production based on drawings and instructions.
• Operation and Monitoring: Operate the machines, monitor the milling process, and ensure a smooth production flow.
• Quality Control: Continuously inspect finished parts to guarantee the highest precision and adherence to tolerance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 6 years of documented experience in CNC milling (preferably more).
• System Knowledge: Strong and independent knowledge of programming in MasterCam.
• Technical Competence: Ability to independently rig, set up, and adjust milling machines.
• Self-sufficient Work Style: Ability to make independent decisions in production and work autonomously.
