Råda Industries is an established mechanical workshop specializing in prototyping and contract manufacturing. The company delivers components and solutions to customers in several technically demanding industries where quality, precision, and delivery reliability are crucial. Through continued trust from both existing and new customers, Råda Industries is in a positive phase of development. To meet increased order volume and further strengthen production, we are now looking for a new employee for the operations. Your Responsibilities

In this role, you work with manual machining, focusing on varied and practical workshop tasks. The work includes semi-manual milling, drilling, countersinking, and threading, as well as lathe turning. Manual rolling is also part of the tasks. Depending on your experience and the needs of the business, work in CNC milling and turning machines may become relevant. You work from drawings and manufacturing documents and are responsible for ensuring that parts are manufactured with the correct dimensions, tolerances, and quality. The role requires attention to detail, technical understanding, and a holistic view of the manufacturing process.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is driven, engaged, and responsible. You take initiative in your work and thrive in a production environment where quality and collaboration are central parts of everyday life. You have experience from the manufacturing industry and good ability to read and interpret drawings and manufacturing documents. You work in a structured and independent manner, while also being a team player who contributes to a positive work environment.
