EB Metall is now looking for an experienced lathe operator to join their team. You will work with both traditional turning and automatic turning in a production environment where quality, responsibility, and collaboration are at the center.

About the Role

You will become part of a small team with a family-like and non-hierarchical work environment, where everyone helps each other and contributes to the whole. The company works continuously with development and has a modern and purposeful machine park, which creates good conditions for quality, efficiency, and a good work environment.

Working hours are during the day from 07:00–16:00.

This is a direct recruitment, meaning you will be employed directly by EB Metall.

About You

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, takes initiative, and has clear personal drive. You thrive in a social environment and appreciate working in a small team with close collaboration.

Formal Competence

• At least 2 years of experience in turning and/or automatic turning
• Good experience in reading technical drawings
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal car
• A meticulous and responsible attitude towards your work

You are solution-oriented, contribute to a good atmosphere in the team, and want to be part of a company where people and work environment are highly prioritized.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience in setting up machines
• Additional experience from mechanical workshops or similar production
