Painter/Sander for Accident Repair Shop

Previous experience is desired
We are looking for a meticulous and driven painter/sander who thrives in both preparation and painting tasks.
You will work on everything from minor paint repairs to complete repaints of passenger cars and light trucks, primarily handling insurance claims.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Surface preparation (sanding, filling, masking)
- Paint mixing and color matching
- Spray painting with primer, basecoat, and clearcoat
- Polishing and finishing to achieve the highest quality standards
- Quality control and documentation according to industry requirements
Qualifications
- Education or experience as an automotive painter/car painter
- Good knowledge of painting techniques and paint mixing
- Experience from a body shop is an advantage
- Meticulous, structured, and has an eye for detail
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
