Job Description

We are looking for a solution architect in data and analytics who will be responsible for the architectural work in development teams and contribute to designing, delivering, and further developing solutions based on the organization's needs as well as applicable requirements and regulations. The role involves driving architectural work in teams, participating in workshops for process and information mapping, and conducting information classification and risk analyses. The assignment also includes modeling and analyzing architecture diagrams, IT requirements management, and collaborating with other architectural roles and with integration and infrastructure. The solution architect acts as a cohesive party for requirements, design, architecture, and strategic choices in larger development initiatives within data and analytics. The role requires physical presence on-site three to five days a week.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Excellent ability to produce documentation and conduct presentations in Swedish
• Experience working according to agile methodologies and iterative delivery models
• Academic degree from a university or college in IT, computer science, or a related field
• Ability to work independently in an active and driving role
• Practical experience and good insight into information and data architecture
• Access to references in the form of contacts or examples of completed assignments
• Good ability to manage dialogue with customers and clients in a professional manner
• Experience using established methods, frameworks, and architectural tools, such as SAFe and TOGAF
• Extensive experience in architectural work in roles such as IT architect, solution architect, and/or system architect
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to exercise leadership and communicate clearly in complex contexts
• Previous assignments of a similar nature
• Proven experience in architectural roles
• Very good experience in requirements work, including dialogue with the business and clients, and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions

It is considered a merit if you have certification in TOGAF or SAFe, experience working in public sector, and experience with projects in the healthcare sector.
