Swea Asfalt i Väst AB is now looking for a driven and skilled machine operator to join our team in asphalt paving (surfacing and earthworks). We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, committed, and appreciates a varied and challenging job.

We are based in Gunnilse, Gothenburg, but our projects extend across Västra Götaland and surrounding areas. We work closely with both clients and contractors, and with us, you will become an important part of this well-functioning team.

About the role

As a machine operator with us, you will work in the field alongside experienced colleagues. You will be part of a team that always strives to deliver results with high precision, clear safety awareness, and a professional approach.

Responsibilities:

• Operate asphalt pavers, primarily models 1303 and 1803
• Compaction and padding
• Truck driving in connection with paving
• Spreader operation
• Preparatory earthworks
• Daily inspection, basic service, and maintenance of machines
• Work to ensure a smooth, high-quality, and sustainable end result

Requirements

• 4-5 years of documented experience in asphalt paving
• Experience operating 1303 and 1803
• Good knowledge of compaction and padding
• C / CE driver's license
