Aura Train & Rail is a new and niche business area within Aura Personal, created to meet the growing need for the right skills in the train and railway industry – here and now, and over time. We are currently looking for experienced train technicians to be based in Stockholm!

As a train technician, you are an important cog in a team that ensures trains run safely and efficiently. You will work with everything from preventive maintenance and service to advanced troubleshooting and repairs. You document technical deviations and actions, collaborate closely with colleagues – but also enjoy working independently.

Your tasks include:

• Service, repair, and maintenance of trains

• Troubleshooting in mechanics, electrical, and electronics

• Reporting and documentation in technical systems

• Participating in improvement work regarding safety and quality

Shift work occurs – the operation runs around the clock, all year round. Working hours and arrangements are adjusted as much as possible according to your skills and life situation.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A few years of experience as a train technician

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Is meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented

• Enjoys taking responsibility and working both independently and in a team

Meritorious:

Good electrical competence (AC/DC, troubleshooting, reading schematics)
