Operations Manager at CBRE

Within the Business Unit Tech (formerly H2M), approximately 230 employees work with technical property operations and management. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole is the focus.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for and drive contracts towards set goals
• Administrative work related to contracts
• Ensure that delivery occurs according to agreements
• Ensure that CBRE's procedures are followed
• Lead a group of about 6-8 people

You will at times need to support the business in operational work.

Who are you?

You have:

• Post-secondary education in property technology, property engineering, or property management, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in technical property operations
• At least 3 years of experience in leadership
• Previously worked in the program facilitate

Personal qualities

As an operations manager, you have a good ability to create engagement, build trust, and communicate, as well as create good collaborations with staff, clients, and subcontractors. Since we are a small group, it is important that you have your own drive and are motivated by planning your work and that you enjoy sharing your knowledge with others in your team.
