Operations Technician at Riksbyggen – We are looking for someone who wants to work with technology, service, and real estate!

ABOUT THE POSITION

As an operations technician, you will ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of the technical systems in properties in southern Stockholm. You will be responsible for approximately 20 housing associations, working closely with colleagues, property managers, and external suppliers to create operational reliability, comfort, and long-term property management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The role involves being responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of technical systems in properties, focusing on ensuring functionality, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction through planning, troubleshooting, and documentation.

  • Planning and execution of operation and maintenance.
  • Patrolling and documentation according to agreements.
  • Troubleshooting and actions in heating, ventilation, and control systems.
  • Customer contact and service.
  • Follow-up and reporting in digital systems.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

  • Has experience in property operations or property technology.
  • Has good knowledge of operational technology, HVAC, ventilation, and control technology.
  • Is computer literate.
  • Can communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Has a technician education or high school education with a technical focus.
  • Has a B driver's license.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience with fire alarms and sprinklers.
  • Certificates for hot work, working at heights, or SPA.
  • Knowledge of English.
