Property Manager for a Newly Established Administration

As a property manager, you step into a dynamic role within a newly established administration, central to creating safety and comfort for tenants. ABOUT THE POSITION

As a property manager, you act as the property owner's, manager's, and landlord's extended arm in contact with the residents, playing a crucial role in ensuring tenants feel safe and satisfied. You work closely with managers and tenants to ensure a pleasant living environment.

This is a full-time consulting assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work on behalf of Riksbyggen for 2-4 months. A background check will be conducted upon employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

The role involves serving as a central service point for tenants and properties, focusing on maintenance, minor repairs, and ongoing supervision to maintain high standards in their residential areas.

  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance work in properties.
  • Handle move-out inspections.
  • Inspect properties to ensure they are intact, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Contact with tenants and handling of everyday matters.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Are responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Have strong technical skills or handyman abilities, with a technical eye for identifying and addressing issues.
  • Possess good social skills and are comfortable interacting with people, driven by a desire to provide excellent service.
  • Have a driver's license (B).
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in the real estate industry.
  • A background in workshop, industry, or similar practical work.
