As a Service Manager, you will have overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and developing the service organization. You lead a team of technicians and ensure that installations, service cases, and troubleshooting are carried out with high quality and efficiency.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Personnel responsibility for service and field technicians
• Planning and coordinating daily assignments and resource allocation
• Operational support with technical questions and problem-solving
• Customer contact regarding cases, follow-ups, and warranty matters

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has both technical competence and a secure leadership style. You motivate, coach, and create clarity for your technicians – while also having an understanding of complex energy systems.

We believe you have:

• Experience working with batteries, solar cells, inverters, or related technology areas
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach
• Good communication skills and experience with customer contact
• Good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Meriting: technical education in electricity, energy, or similar (e.g., electrical certification)
