Bicycle Mechanic TCM Tyresö

About the Job:

We are now looking for someone who wants to help take our customer experience in the Tyresö store to the next level. As a bicycle mechanic with us, you are part of the heart of the business, and we place great value on delivering first-class quality and service to all our customers. You will work in a team of 4-6 bicycle mechanics and 2-3 assemblers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Bicycle service of all kinds
• Be a driving force in the development and improvement of the workshop
• Participate in the continuous development of the workshop and other staff
• Be involved in improving routines and structure in daily work
• Assist even the most discerning customers with service of exclusive items
• Be able to assist both the store and administration, events, and more. You are flexible and find it natural to step in where needed

About You:

To succeed in this role, you have a genuine interest in bicycles and extensive knowledge of bicycles, including all different standards and in-depth technical aspects. Ideally, you are a cyclist yourself and enjoy delving into details and technology. You are meticulous and used to working in a structured and efficient manner with personal responsibility. You express yourself very well in both speech and writing.

You have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role as a bicycle mechanic
• Very good knowledge of bicycles, accessories, and parts
• Good ability to collaborate in a team
• Able to be solution-oriented and take ownership of your projects
• Cooperative, attentive, and communicative
• Good technical knowledge of bicycle service and repairs
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English
• You are completely self-sufficient and can service dampers, build wheels, and fix everything related to e-bikes
• The ability to see the customer and meet their needs
