Operations Manager in Cleaning Services

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, curious, and ensures that customers receive high-quality service. Responsibility for budget and personnel means that important parts of your job include professional customer care and working towards established profitability goals. You will hire, onboard, and develop your team members. We believe you have a high school diploma and preferably also post-secondary education, 3-5 years of experience in delivering cleaning services and/or other FM services. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is essential for success in this role. A valid driver's license (B) is required. We also expect you to be familiar with Outlook, Excel, and other Office applications. As a person, you are independent, responsible, and service-oriented. You will work in a fast-paced environment and need to have a good ability to prioritize and take initiative. Your ability to communicate and collaborate constructively with others will be important in our dynamic environment. The position is located in Solna, Stockholm. You will report to the COO and work closely with other operations managers in the region, as well as maintain close contact with our Cleaning Excellence Manager.
