Service Technician at rRebel - Help Sweden Get Really Good Coffee!

Do you want to help spread better coffee in Sweden? Do you enjoy people, technology, and the taste of really good espresso? Then you should become a part of us at rRebel. We are growing and are now looking for another service technician who wants to develop in an industry that combines technology, craftsmanship, and top-class coffee.

About the role:

We are looking for someone who loves coffee, has a technical background with an understanding of electricity and water, and is curious about the technology behind a La Marzocco machine.

Your main tasks will include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, installations, service, and repair work. You will work with freedom under responsibility in a varied environment. As a service technician with us, your work will vary between jobs in our workshop and in the field with customers, visiting several customers a day.

Our service technicians particularly enjoy the freedom that the job entails, all the meetings with people, and that no day is the same as the other.

If you have the will, an understanding of technology, can work independently, and enjoy interacting with people, then you are our new service technician.

Responsibilities:

• Installation, service, and maintenance of market-leading coffee machines and grinders

• Troubleshooting and repairs, in the field and in the workshop

• Handling of spare parts and documentation

• Participate in training, team meetings, and events with customers and partners

• Work area: primarily Stockholm and surrounding areas, but travel may occur

We are looking for someone who:

• Has technical understanding, preferably in electricity, mechanics, or water

• Enjoys problem-solving and can work independently

• Is social and enjoys customer contact

• Speaks Swedish and English

• Has a B driver's license

• Is curious, humble, and wants to develop in new technology

Meritorious:

• Experience in service roles, technician roles, or the coffee industry

• Barista or café experience

rRebel started in Sweden in 2021, and we who started it have over 15 years of industry experience. rRebel exists in Norway (2009) and Denmark (2015). Our main task will always be to deliver the best coffee equipment to businesses and individuals. With us, you get help with everything you need to brew coffee and espresso of the highest quality in a simple and professional way.

We have our office and showroom in Hökarängen in Stockholm, and today we are six people working together. With many years in the industry and a lifelong love for coffee, our goal is to help Sweden with the right coffee equipment, and we do this, among other things, by only delivering the best from the market.

We work with sales, installation, and service of professional espresso machines from La Marzocco, grinders, and other coffee equipment from brands such as Poursteady, Mazzer, Mahlkönig, and TONE.
