Bicycle Mechanic TCM Tyresö

About the job:

As a bicycle mechanic with us, you are part of the heart of the business and we place great value on delivering first-class quality and service to all our customers. You will work in a team of 4-6 bicycle mechanics and 2-3 assemblers.

Main responsibilities:

• Assemble new bicycles for customers and for restocking the store
• Fine-tune and quality test bicycles for delivery to customers
• Install customers' chosen accessories
• Pack bicycles in boxes for delivery to online customers
• Be able to assist both the store and administration, events, and other tasks. You are flexible and find it natural to step in where needed

About you:

To succeed in this role, you have a genuine interest in bicycles and extensive knowledge of bicycles regarding all different standards and in-depth technical aspects. Ideally, you are a cyclist yourself and enjoy delving into details and technology. You are meticulous and used to working in a structured and efficient manner with personal responsibility.

You have:

• Experience and skill in working with bicycles
• Knowledge of bicycles, accessories, and parts
• Good ability to collaborate in a team
• Ability to be solution-oriented and take ownership of your projects
• Cooperative, attentive, and communicative
• Technical knowledge of bicycles
