About the position

As a property technician at Einar Mattsson, you will have a broad and varied role where you work closely with both properties and people. You are responsible for ensuring that your properties function as they should, while solving both everyday and more complex technical challenges. The work includes everything from simple repairs and ongoing maintenance to troubleshooting, supervision, and basic operation of technical systems.

In your daily work, you will receive, manage, and follow up on work orders in digital case management systems, perform supervision, and be responsible for both corrective and preventive measures. You will contribute suggestions for future maintenance and enjoy working according to processes and routines.

The role also includes administrative tasks such as arrival approval of supplier invoices and time registration. You will contribute knowledge about the properties you are responsible for. You will have close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals, such as carpenters, plumbers, and operations technicians as well as property managers. The role also includes maintaining good relationships with existing customers.

In this role, you will work with a property portfolio within a geographical area that extends from Jakobsberg to Danderyd in northern Stockholm.

Is this you?

To succeed in this role, you have at least 3 years of experience as a property technician or have worked in a similar role within installation. You have good technical knowledge of property technical systems as well as practical experience in technical maintenance and repairs within property management. You are a proficient user of digital tools and express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and responsible, ensuring that tasks are performed correctly and efficiently. You find it easy to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, customers, and contractors, and communicate clearly in your work. You enjoy analyzing situations and problems and finding practical solutions that work in everyday life. At the same time, you have a holistic perspective and ensure that the work performed contributes to well-maintained properties and smooth processes for both tenants and customers.
