Do you have experience in project management and a good understanding of laws and regulatory requirements? Entrecon Consulting receives ongoing inquiries from our clients for skilled and experienced project managers.

We accept applications on an ongoing basis and match them with requests from our clients and customers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site.

The Assignment

The role of the project manager involves, among other things, being overall responsible for planning and leading the work and preparing decisions for the client regarding time, budget, and quality. The tasks include, among others, developing project plans, convening and leading meetings with groups within the project, and anchoring and communicating decisions and information within the organization. Furthermore, it includes procurement of resources, compilation of tender documents, negotiations with parties, leading environmental and occupational safety issues, and reporting to the client. You will also be responsible for contacts with authorities, clients, and suppliers.

Competence

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

• Good knowledge of the earthworks and construction process and documented experience in planning, project management, cost monitoring, forecasting, KMA, procurement, and production.
• You should have been active as a project/project management and/or construction manager in earthworks and construction for at least 5 years, preferably more.
• You have qualifications as a safety coordinator, BAS-P, and BAS-U.
• You have good knowledge of contract and consulting law, AB04/ABT06, as well as AMA and MER construction.
• It is a big plus if you have experience with concrete, preferably concrete class 1, ideally 2. Also, experience from water and sewage projects is desirable.
• You have a civil engineering degree or other construction-related education, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through extensive work experience.
