Do you have experience in construction management and a good understanding of laws and regulatory requirements? Entrecon Consulting receives ongoing inquiries from our clients for skilled and experienced construction managers.

We accept applications on an ongoing basis and match them with inquiries from our clients and contractors. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site.

The Assignment

The assignments may involve new construction or renovation projects, residential or commercial buildings, primarily in Stockholm/Mälardalen. Typical tasks in this role include:

• Leading construction meetings including minutes and follow-up.
• Participating in other meetings (financial meetings, KA meetings, KMA meetings, etc.).
• Monitoring contractual requirements between the client and contractor.
• Controlling the schedule, payment plan, and changes.
• Ensuring that quality work, environmental work, and occupational safety work are carried out according to regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring regulatory requirements, laws, and regulations.
• Contact with authorities, utility owners, etc.
• Coordination among project stakeholders.
• Inspections.

Qualifications

As a construction manager with us, you will be responsible for coordinating and following up on the contractors' work at the site. You will also have significant responsibility for occupational safety. Therefore, we are looking for someone with the following experiences:

• You should have solid experience in the construction industry and be familiar with the various phases of the project.
• You should have qualifications as a safety coordinator BAS P and BAS U.
• You should have worked as a construction manager/production manager for at least 5 years, preferably more.
• You have a civil engineering degree or equivalent technical education, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through extensive work experience.
