We are looking for
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has other experience deemed equivalent by the employer. You also have good knowledge of Swedish. Experience in emergency care, maternity, and delivery care as well as gynecology is an advantage. We also see it as positive if you have knowledge of the Cosmic journal system and if you have good knowledge of English or other languages.
We place great importance on personal qualities. You have personal maturity that makes you secure, stable, and self-aware. The job requires you to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances. You also have good collaboration skills and are structured, allowing you to plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively.
What you will work with
As a nursing assistant in the gynecology department, you will work together with nurses in the care of patients with various gynecological conditions, acute patients, pre- and post-operative care, as well as cancer care.
As a nursing assistant in maternity and delivery, you participate in the care of the family, and you also provide support during delivery and the first time in maternity. Breastfeeding and early bonding are other major focus areas within our clinic. You will work in a team consisting of doctors, nurses or midwives, and nursing assistants.

Information about the position
Temporary positions during spring and summer, period and working hours vary with the possibility of full-time during the summer. Working hours include days, evenings, and weekends.
Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
