At Lernia, we are currently seeking forklift operators for our clients in Borås and surrounding areas. As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse management for our clients. This may involve loading and unloading goods, picking and packing, operating forklifts, and transporting materials within the warehouse. Additionally, the role entails performing quality checks, maintaining order in the workplace, and collaborating with other departments to optimize workflow. Your contribution is crucial for maintaining a smooth and safe logistics operation for our clients.

We are looking for someone who has a valid forklift license A1-4 B1-5 D1 and documented experience working as a forklift operator. You should have at least one year of practical experience handling various types of forklifts, including counterbalance and reach trucks. It is important that you have a good understanding of safety regulations and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required to communicate with colleagues and follow safety instructions.

Desirable

It is advantageous if you have previous experience in warehousing and logistics, which provides a broader understanding of workflows and warehouse management. Experience working with digital warehouse management systems can be a significant advantage. Education in occupational health or ergonomics is also viewed positively, as well as knowledge of English for handling international contacts. If you have a forklift license with D1 authorization, it is a merit.
