In your future role as a Maintenance Engineer, you will

• Ensure that maintenance work is carried out safely and cost-effectively according to established procedures linked to the MRM process (maintenance reliability management)
• Ensure that we have a maintenance plan for all critical equipment
• Be responsible for ensuring that spare parts strategy exists and is documented in SAP
• Ensure that total maintenance costs and production losses are reduced through projects, implementation of FMEA (part of LEAN), and root cause analyses
• Participate/initiate investment projects where you propose improvements, prioritize, follow up, and create documentation
• Work with maintenance strategies for equipment availability and improvements of maintenance plans
• Contribute to increasing safety at the plant and have constructive dialogue with employees to ensure that our safety procedures are followed

We believe you have

• Post-secondary education in mechanical engineering or equivalent related to mechanics
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Extra good if you have knowledge or experience in

• Rotating equipment
• Static equipment
• Drafting in AutoCAD mechanical
• Experience in condition monitoring of machine equipment
• Previous experience in the process industry
• Previous experience in maintenance/maintenance processes
