About the position at Werksta Kalix – Sheet Metal Worker

Do you want to work as a sheet metal worker in Kalix? Werksta is expanding and looking for someone who wants to help build our operations in our new premises. • Repair and replace body and sheet metal components on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles
• Use modern tools and equipment for damage repair and alignment
• Collaborate with colleagues in the workshop, damage assessment, and painting for efficient workflows
• Contribute to maintaining high quality in performed work and follow the workshop's routines and processes
• Document completed work in our digital systems
• Participate in continuous improvements of the working environment, processes, and customer service

• Interest in working with vehicles and bodywork
• You are motivated by variety, team spirit, and the opportunity to develop in your profession
• Experience in sheet metal work, bodywork, or similar is an advantage but not a requirement
• You are responsible, meticulous, and service-oriented
• Can work independently as well as in a team
• Good communication skills in Swedish
• Driver's license B is a requirement
