Become a Sales Manager Supply Flow at Coop

We are looking for someone with industry knowledge and business acumen to run a successful grocery store. As Sales Manager Supply Flow, you will be responsible for all areas of the mechanical customer interaction where you drive issues and activities aimed at maximizing NKI.

You have full personnel responsibility and achieve your goals through your employees' performance. You lead, coach, engage, and follow up with your employees based on common working methods. You are responsible for all areas of the mechanical customer interaction. The position aims to enhance the customer experience by ensuring efficient processes in supply that lead to “Full, Fresh, and Fronted”. You are a role model and act in accordance with Coop's policies and Coop's customer promise of “affordable, sustainable, and joyful food”.

Your role also includes managing operations during the store's various opening hours. The work is physically demanding. It is highly meritorious if you have previous store experience working with team picking, online, and fresh goods.

You are part of the store's management team and thus have overall responsibility for the store's results. In the management team, you primarily drive development and activities within the supply flow. You report to the Store Manager.

The position is a full-time temporary position (38.25h/week) from January 2026 to October 2026. There is a chance for extension in one of the stores (Bohus-Malmön or Kungshamn). Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the closing date.

Education;

• High school education is a requirement
• Post-secondary education is meritorious

Experience/Special Competence;

• The position requires broad experience and competence from the grocery trade
• The position requires documented experience in leading employees
• The position requires documented good results in operations with own result responsibility
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, in speech and writing, is a requirement.
