Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant in Markaryd Municipality, you will work to ensure that the care recipient has a safe and meaningful existence with a good sense of coherence and pleasant interaction. You will strive to ensure that the care recipients' self-determination and integrity are respected, as well as providing individually tailored care and support. A job where your contribution makes a difference for other people.

Qualifications

You have a nursing assistant education through the nursing program, or another education that the employer deems equivalent. We are looking for someone with experience in elderly care. It is natural for you to document in operational systems, and you have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You are open and curious for continued learning and have a holistic view characterized by a salutogenic and professional approach. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

The position is a permanent full-time employment in Markaryd Municipality with immediate start. Workplace: Utsikten - special housing. In the care and nursing sector in Markaryd Municipality, we work with full-time as the norm, a process that is ongoing. All employees in the care and nursing sector in Markaryd Municipality have the right to full-time if desired. Individual salary setting applies.
