Noga Omsorg is now looking for a committed coordinator to join our team in Tyresö.

As an essential part of our team in Tyresö, your responsibilities will include:

• As a coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling, onboarding new clients, answering phone calls, communicating with clients, maintaining good contact with case managers, planning staff on various schedules, writing implementation plans, maintaining good contact with staff, working in our various data systems, and more.

To be successful in this role, you need to have the following qualifications:

• You must have completed a care education at the high school level or another education deemed equivalent. At least 36 months of continuous practical experience as a full-time supervisor in elderly care and/or for persons with disabilities based on the Social Services Act. In-depth knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and general advice. Documented experience in administration and computer skills.

• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written. This means knowledge of Swedish corresponding to at least level C1-C2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEF).

• Ability to work in Excel. It is an advantage if you are familiar with Epsilon, Treserva, and Quinyx.

• Driver's license B
