We are now looking for care assistants for our home care services. With us, you will be part of a close-knit team of about 50 dedicated colleagues who make a real difference in the lives of our elderly every day. Home care is organized into three geographical areas – Central, Northern, and Southern – and together we meet our clients in approximately 600 planned visits each day, always with care, respect, and professionalism.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a care assistant in home care, you will perform qualified care and service tasks based on the individual's conditions and needs. The work is primarily carried out in the client's home, sometimes together with your colleagues and sometimes alone, but escorting may also be part of your duties. We work to create conditions for a meaningful and enriching everyday life for the elderly and to strengthen and preserve their well-being.

You provide professional, individualized care, respecting the person and their participation and self-determination as foundational principles in your work. Your care and service tasks are of high quality and have a strong customer focus. Your responsibilities include:

• providing personal care
• performing healthcare tasks based on delegation
• cooking and other practical tasks in the living environment
• meeting the elderly's needs for daily living
• contributing to meaningful activities and community with others
• documenting according to the law within social services and healthcare legislation

We document our work and plan interventions in the operational system LifeCare.

Working hours vary between day, evening, and weekend shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant, and we prefer that you have experience in elderly care, especially in home care. As a person, you are secure, calm, and very responsible. You have the ability to make decisions and act professionally, as well as follow routines and guidelines. You are observant and have good observational skills, enabling you to quickly detect changes in clients' well-being.

Since the work is both independent and collaborative, good teamwork skills are essential for a pleasant work environment. You have an empathetic approach that creates security for both clients and colleagues.

As we are legally required to document our work, it is crucial that you are computer literate and can express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You should be accustomed to using mobile devices as we have keyless home care.

A B driver's license is required to work in the northern and southern areas. Biking experience is required to work in the central area.
