Are you our new network strategist in district heating?

Do you want to work on developing and optimizing the energy networks of the future? With us, you will have the opportunity to work with the entire chain – from strategy to practical implementation – and help ensure that our district heating and cooling networks continue to deliver reliable and climate-smart energy to our customers.

As a network strategist/developer with us, you will play a key role in ensuring that our district heating and cooling networks operate optimally – today and in the future. You will work both strategically and operationally with planning, analysis, and coordination of maintenance and renewal activities. With varied and rewarding tasks, your days will be filled with:

• participating in the development and updating of renewal plans and maintenance plans for district heating and cooling networks
• acting as an internal client towards executing units within the division
• coordinating renewal activities with other management types to ensure a holistic perspective
• investigating the need for maintenance measures based on collected data and completed activities
• compiling results from maintenance activities and developing proposals for actions and improvements
• participating in investigations and analyses for network development and optimization

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and finding smart, long-term solutions. You have analytical skills and like to work in a structured way – from planning to follow-up.

You are meticulous, yet flexible when circumstances change. Collaboration is a natural part of your working style, and you appreciate having contact with different colleagues and functions within the organization. To succeed in the role, we believe you are driven by creating order, understanding the whole, and combining practical engineering work with long-term planning and analysis.

Experience you bring and share with us:

• University education with a technical focus or other experience that can be deemed equivalent
• Experience in planning and analysis
• Driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken

Familiarity with network expansion for district heating and cooling is considered an advantage. Experience in strategic maintenance as well as reading drawings and/or investigative work is also viewed positively.
