Assignment Overview
- We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on the Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
- This consulting assignment involves developing, integrating, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions within a large-scale enterprise IT environment, ensuring robust, scalable, and business-aligned outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Lead development activities within the CSM module
- Build, maintain, and optimize integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to convert requirements into effective technical solutions
- Ensure solutions meet quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability standards
- Contribute to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow applications
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong expertise in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module
- Proven experience with REST and SOAP-based integrations
- Ability to work independently in complex, enterprise environments
- Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions for large or global organizations
