Assignment Overview

  • We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on the Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
  • This consulting assignment involves developing, integrating, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions within a large-scale enterprise IT environment, ensuring robust, scalable, and business-aligned outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Lead development activities within the CSM module
  • Build, maintain, and optimize integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to convert requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Ensure solutions meet quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability standards
  • Contribute to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow applications

Required Skills & Experience

  • Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
  • Strong expertise in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module
