This role is critical: through your careful work, reliability, and commitment, you create the foundation that enables the Underwriters and sales teams to focus fully on the market. You take responsibility for business-critical administrative tasks and contribute directly and stably to the success of the entire organization.

Your Contribution and Responsibility

In this role, you ensure consistent, efficient end-to-end support for our offline business and relieve your colleagues in branch offices, particularly with language-dependent tasks (e.g., for the German market).

• Ensuring Business Operations: You are responsible for ensuring timely, error-free data entry into our various systems. This includes booking premiums and preparing important policy documents with strict adherence to deadlines (SLAs); your diligence here is directly business-relevant.
  

• Colleagues' Support: You serve as a trusted advisor to local teams and brokers. You handle inquiries, resolve Credit Control issues, and manage internal workflows. Your work supports colleagues and ensures smooth internal processes.
  

• Quality & Compliance: You ensure that all documentation is complete and meets the strict audit requirements. Compliance with our information security standards (GDPR) is in your hands—a significant responsibility for the entire company.
  

• Process Engagement: You actively support the control of documentation, participate in the optimization of processes, and help as a Subject Matter Expert in the development of new tools.
