The Role: Underwriting Operations Technician

In this key position, you support the Underwriting business from A to Z and are the central link for smooth processes.

  • Responsible Tasks: From booking premiums to establishing important documents (within agreed SLAs), to ensuring data quality and compliance with audit requirements.
  • Important Contribution: You support language-dependent tasks in the offices (e.g., German-speaking markets) and handle inquiries from brokers and internal teams.
  • Focus on Excellence: You play an active role in process optimization (UAT, QA, Root-Cause-Analysis) and actively contribute to the further development of our processes.


What You Bring

  • Skills: Distinct analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Background: Ideally previous experience in the insurance industry or in a support role.
  • Language: Fluent English and fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form.
  • Attitude: Strong customer orientation, ability to work in a team, and a desire for continuous development.
