Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Drive the setup and implementation of a new SAP S/4HANA billing platform to support GTO flows across Production Logistics, Manufacturing, and Service Market Logistics
  • Coordinate the development of SD billing solutions within GTO in alignment with SAP S/4 standard functionality
  • Analyze and map current manual billing scenarios in Master Finance 1.0 and identify opportunities for automation
  • Lead change management initiatives to transition manual billing flows into standardized, automated solutions across GTO and ordering parties
  • Design and drive a cross-functional solution for Supplier Claims management, including handling of incorrect or damaged goods from suppliers
  • Collaborate closely with Master Finance 2.0 project resources, GTO, Group Finance, and VG D&IT to define the end-to-end information model and solution
  • Own the project plan, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure delivery of agreed scope within time and budget
  • Work hands-on with business stakeholders to secure alignment, adoption, and successful implementation

What you bring:

  • Solid experience from a manufacturing environment with strong understanding of end-to-end flows in industrial plants and/or distribution centers
  • Extensive project management experience (5+ years) in complex, preferably global, organizations
  • Strong knowledge of both traditional project management methods and agile ways of working
  • Proven experience leading implementations of financial and logistics processes and systems, preferably within SAP environments
  • Demonstrated capability to drive and manage change initiatives, including familiarity with established change management frameworks
  • Ability to work effectively across functions, departments, and organizational levels
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience from managing cross-functional Process & IT projects is considered a strong advantage
