Area Architect IT at Kronofogden

About the Job

We are looking for someone who wants to help develop our operations while also growing personally with us.

You will be part of Kronofogden's overall architecture governance and participate in creating target images and driving the architecture towards these. As an area architect, you are an important player in both larger development initiatives and smaller further developments. You support, among other things, with a holistic view during requirements management, concrete solution proposals, and prioritizations. You collaborate with suppliers, eSam, DIGG, MSB, EU, and other stakeholders. The area we primarily need to hire for is the development value stream Information and Support Services, which gathers several of Kronofogden's common IT capabilities. The area is integration-heavy, so knowledge in the integration domain is required. Support within other development value streams may also be relevant.

As an area architect, you will work with:

• investigating needs and developing solutions within the area in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders
• participating in architecture governance for opinions/decisions around IT support
• participating in risk and security analyses
• creating target images and performing GAP analysis in the area around IT support
• developing lifecycle plans
• participating in creating time and cost estimates for solutions
• environmental monitoring so that the area can operate in its context

Location

The position is located in Gothenburg, Sundbyberg, Malmö, Kalmar, or at one of the locations where we have offices.

Your Qualifications:

• at least 5 years of relevant work experience in application development, requirements management, and architecture with a focus on Java/J2EE
• at least 3 years of relevant work experience in integrations and integration patterns
• relevant work experience in event-driven architecture
• relevant work experience in development with a strong security focus
• relevant work experience in driving investigations/pre-studies and describing proposals for IT architecture based on captured needs
• understands business architecture and how it relates to IT architecture
• can express architecture so that different stakeholders understand, both in the form of architecture models and appropriately to business representatives
• degree from a college or university education in IT, computer engineering, systems science, or equivalent work experience
• good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is desirable that you have current experience with architectural frameworks such as Togaf, Geaf, Zachman framework, and architecture modeling tools like EA Sparx. It is also desirable that you have current experience with container-based platforms, e.g., Kubernetes/OpenShift.

Good to Know

The employment is permanent and starts with a six-month probationary period. You will be employed as an IT administrator. Kronofogden offers the possibility of remote work by agreement with the employer.

Working in the state means that you follow the state value framework. There are also special requirements for judgment, security thinking, and compliance with applicable laws. We ask questions during the interview about any previous criminality and shortcomings in previous employment. For final candidates, these questions are also asked to reference persons. We also gather information about debts registered with Kronofogden, bankruptcy, and business prohibitions. The information obtained is weighed in the overall assessment of your suitability for the current position.

An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
