Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Customer Service to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Provide high-quality customer service via telephone, email, and chat channels
- Handle customer inquiries related to products, services, and offerings within the energy sector
- Manage lighter administrative tasks such as registering and maintaining lists
- Support customers in complex and sensitive situations, including payment-related concerns
- Stay continuously updated on customer offerings, systems, and processes
- Work efficiently across multiple systems and digital tools to support customer cases
- Contribute actively to the development and improvement of the customer service function
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in a dynamic and changing industry environment
- Act in line with the customer’s core values of courage, responsibility, and commitment
What you bring:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in consumer-facing roles
- Experience from the energy sector or other technical support environments involving complex customer dialogues
- Strong service-oriented mindset with a pleasant, responsible, and solution-focused approach
- Ability to manage stressful situations and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with multiple systems and good general system proficiency
- Technical understanding and ability to explain complex topics clearly to customers
- Interest and experience in sales, including inbound sales activities
- Experience with customer databases or CRM systems is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a high degree of collaboration ability
- Ability to handle sensitive customer situations such as financial difficulties with professionalism and empathy
