Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Perform cross-functional analysis of multiple business systems in a multi-sourced IT environment
• Quality-assure existing IT deliveries and develop decision-support data for future technical choices
• Map and analyse current architecture, services, dependencies, and SLAs
• Review existing system and architecture documentation and identify improvement areas
• Develop and maintain a technical roadmap with recommendations on architecture and technical alternatives
• Analyse and propose sourcing models and other technical scenarios
• Review and improve infrastructure-related application monitoring, routines, and instructions
• Assess alarm handling, response processes, and associated corrective actions
• Conduct vulnerability analyses and support IT security-enhancing change initiatives
• Perform application and infrastructure audits to ensure robustness and compliance
• Carry out risk analyses related to operations, monitoring, system dependencies, and supplier dependencies
• Evaluate effectiveness and cost-efficiency of technical solutions and operating models
• Collaborate closely with internal IT roles, business stakeholders, and external suppliers
• Transfer knowledge and skills to the IT organisation and relevant business roles
• Present architectural analyses, recommendations, and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences

What you bring:

• At least five years of documented experience as a Solution Architect and/or Infrastructure Architect
• Proven experience in solution architecture for three-party solutions
• Experience working in multi-sourced IT environments with separate suppliers for infrastructure and application operations
• Strong experience with on-premise, hybrid, and cloud-based architectures
• Experience driving and supporting IT security improvement initiatives
• Hands-on experience conducting vulnerability analyses and security assessments
• Experience with infrastructure-related application monitoring and alert handling
• Proven experience managing alarms, defining actions, and improving response routines
• Experience performing application and infrastructure audits
• Ability to develop and assess technical scenarios, including sourcing and operating models
• Strong experience in risk analysis related to operations, monitoring, and supplier dependencies
• Ability to assess solution effectiveness and cost-efficiency
• Independent, structured, and analytical way of working
• Strong documentation skills for technical solutions and architecture descriptions
• Ability to clearly present and discuss architecture with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in knowledge transfer and mentoring within IT and business organisations
• Experience using IT architecture documentation tools such as Qualiware, Lucid, or similar
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or equivalent platforms
• Knowledge of and experience working according to ITIL processes
• Fluent in English and Swedish
