About the Job
We are nearly 230 colleagues at Kronofogden working with IT development and are in the midst of an exciting journey of modernization, digitalization, and automation. We drive forward-looking projects focusing on internet technology, information-centric views, event-driven architecture (EDA), and modern e-services.
As an initiative leader, you will be part of our agile delivery office in the IT department. The delivery office's task is to ensure a value-creating and efficient delivery (both with and without IT involvement) at Kronofogden.
We are looking for an experienced initiative leader (project manager) to drive various development initiatives that are ongoing or being launched within our delivery. You have the ability to anchor changes and ensure that solutions take hold and create real impact in the organization. You are driven and relationship-building and have a good understanding of business development.
The initiatives you lead may consist of both new development of in-house developed system solutions and procured standard systems. To succeed in the role of initiative leader with us, you need experience in planning, managing, and implementing the development and introduction of new business-related IT support. This also includes experience in managing project budgets and timelines as well as leading a project overall and coordinating with its stakeholders. You are accustomed to securing the right scope to achieve the right value in relation to the chosen investment level.
We expect you to conduct follow-ups and status reporting according to the agency's guidelines. You are responsible for producing decision-making documents with alternative solutions and costs to ensure that the results of the initiatives contribute to benefits for the organization and take responsibility for change management and communication. The role requires technical understanding as well as strong leadership, change management, and communication skills.
You are used to operating at strategic, tactical, and operational levels and have experience leading through other leaders as well as leading at the operational level yourself. The work is carried out using agile methods within the framework of the agency's governing rules, which means you should be comfortable with agile working methods combined with traditional project models such as Pejl, PPS, or similar.
