About the job
At the Swedish Transport Agency's IT department, we currently have about 300 employees and a number of consultants. We have a central role within the agency and support all departments in IT matters, working with architecture, system development, management, and operation of IT systems as well as infrastructure. We now want to hire more employees and reduce the number of consultants. Therefore, we want you to join us as an employee and help us with our societal mission. You will
- work in teams with management assignments or projects
- lead and participate in workshops together with the ordering organization
- be the information link between the client and the IT department
- learn the processes and needs of the operations on an overarching level
- refine needs from the operations
- review and quality assure requirement documentation.
You must have
- an academic degree in the IT field of at least 2 years or knowledge acquired in another way that we assess as equivalent
- current work experience in requirements work, primarily focused on IT for at least 4 years
- experience leading requirements work in system development
- good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
It is meritorious if you also have
- experience in requirements management methods
- certification according to IREB and/or REQB
- experience leading workshops
- knowledge of process and information models
- experience in system management and/or agile system development
- worked with use cases.

The employment is permanent with placement in Norrköping or Örebro.
Start date by agreement. We normally apply a probationary period.
As an employee with us, there is an opportunity to work remotely up to three days a week. The needs of the operations and the nature of the tasks will determine whether and to what extent this is possible.
Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security screening with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted. For some of our tasks in a security class, Swedish citizenship is required.

About the Swedish Transport Agency
Number of employees: About 2000.
Areas of operation: The Swedish Transport Agency works to achieve good accessibility, high quality, safe, and environmentally friendly transport within rail, aviation, shipping, and road. We develop regulations, issue permits, and monitor compliance. With the help of our registers, we work with fees, permits, and ownership changes.
Locations: We have employees in 12 locations across the country. The largest part of the operations is in Borlänge, Norrköping, and Örebro. The head office is located in Norrköping.
