About the position

On behalf of Olofström Municipality, Olofströms Kraft AB is responsible for the maintenance of Olofström's green areas. The tasks primarily involve the care and maintenance of the municipality's parks, green spaces, sports fields, playgrounds, and other site areas. As a seasonal worker with us, you contribute to a clean and well-maintained municipality.

The main tasks within the green maintenance group include mowing with larger ride-on mowers and grass trimming with brush cutters. Other park-related tasks may also occur.

Our expectations

For the position of green space caretaker, we are looking for someone with education in green space maintenance or work experience deemed equivalent by the employer. You have knowledge and experience in handling machinery relevant to the assignment.

A B driver's license and a brush cutter certificate level RA are required for the position. A BE driver's license, brush cutter certificates level RA-RB, and training in road work are meritorious.

As a person, you are engaged, communicative, and proactive. You have a genuine interest in green environments and enjoy working physically. You are solution-oriented and flexible, taking responsibility for ensuring that the work is performed carefully and with good quality.

You have a good sense of service and the ability to meet the public and colleagues in a pleasant manner. You have a good mood and a positive attitude that contributes to a good working climate and strong collaboration.

Employment conditions

The positions are for seasonal work full-time during the period from May 1 to September 30, 2026. Seasonal employment is a fixed-term employment form intended for seasonal work.
