Jain Trädgård AB is growing, and to meet the increasing demand from customers, we are now looking for an additional Team Leader.

We care for, maintain, and manage municipal parks and green areas, housing associations, schools, and kindergartens.

We are a team consisting of park workers, construction workers, group leaders/team leaders, team leaders, and owners who are committed to creating pleasant and safe green environments. We prioritize a good and safe working environment.

As a team leader, you will plan, develop, and lead the work for your group.

Your responsibilities include planning tasks to be performed at the sites, meeting both new and existing customers, guiding our staff and contractors, participating in operational meetings, and responding to incoming feedback and reports of issues, etc.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for individuals with post-secondary education in green professions such as horticulturist, landscape engineer, or similar, as well as good computer skills. Someone who possesses knowledge in practical gardening and has experience with similar tasks within municipalities or authorities, along with documented experience in project and work management. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. A B driver's license is required.

Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities, where we seek someone who is highly driven and has the ability to work independently. You collaborate well with your workgroup, contractors, and other colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.

The position is full-time with a start date according to agreement.
