MLA/MAL assignment (approx. 4 hours/week):

• Participate in an active management group with the mandate to lead on-site and make changes

• Work strategically to improve care for our patients

• Participation in Capio's and Region Östergötland's network for MLA/MAL

• Training and collaboration with other MALs and operational managers in Capio nationally

• Control your own schedule and patient flow. Freedom with responsibility.

• Fixed patient list and continuity: You follow and build relationships with your patients over time and choose how to follow up with them.

• Work with wise clinical choices: We prioritize medical quality and rational decisions according to SFAM's principles

• Digital tools: AI support, Tandem, Medrave, 1177, etc.
