Our client within a technologically advanced and international business is seeking a Training Manager for a larger delivery project. The role is central to the project's execution and entails overall responsibility for the training track towards the client. You will be an important link between the client, project organization, and subcontractors, ensuring that training deliveries are carried out according to set requirements, timelines, and budget.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Training Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on the training component of the project. You will work closely with the client to analyze and structure training requirements, break them down into feasible deliveries, and ensure that these are met. A significant part of the job is to review and quality assure training materials and ensure that deliveries from subcontractors align with both the client's needs and the project's overall goals.
The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with project management, the client, and external parties. You will act as a sub-project leader for the training track and drive the work independently forward, without personnel responsibility but with clear accountability for results, structure, and progress.
QualificationsRequirements:
Experience in requirements management, including requirement specification, breakdown, and verification
Experience working in technically complex projects
Strong ability to collaborate with both clients and subcontractors
Experience in planning and following up on budget and timelines at the sub-project level
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
Ability to work in a structured and independent manner in a coordinating role
Meritorious:
Experience from the defense industry or other technology-heavy businesses
Experience in training operations, such as a trainer or in technical training
Experience working in international project environments
The position is full-time and the work is performed on-site at the client's premises in Stockholm. The assignment is long-term with very good opportunities for extension. Selection and interviews are ongoing.
