Do you want to work in a central role in complex delivery projects where training is a crucial success factor? We are now looking for a Training Manager for a consulting assignment in a technology-intensive and international environment 🌍

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the training part of delivery projects and ensure delivery according to requirements, schedule, and budget

• Analyze, break down, and follow up on customer requirements related to training

• Coordinate and follow up on subcontractors' training deliveries

• Review and quality assure training materials

• Ensure that training content aligns with the project's overall goals

• Work closely with the customer, project management, and other stakeholders in daily dialogue

• Act as a sub-project manager for the training track without personnel responsibility

• Identify and manage risks, deviations, and practical challenges related to training deliveries

Requirements

• Solid experience in requirements management in technology-intensive or defense-related projects

• Experience in requirement specification, breakdown, and verification

• Experience working in technically complex projects with multiple subcontractors

• Background in training operations, for example as a trainer or project manager in technical training

• Good experience in planning, following up, and maintaining budget and schedule at the sub-project level

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt dialogue to the target audience

• Ability to work independently, structured, and take significant personal responsibility

• Enjoyment in an international work environment with many points of contact
