About the Position

We are now looking for an engaged and structured technical manager who wants to take overall responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and development of our customers' properties. In this role, you will work with internal and external partners and play a key role in maintaining both long-term sustainability and cost-effective property management.

Responsibilities

As a technical manager, you will be responsible for:

• Technical management for the customer
• Optimizing the operation of technical systems (e.g., HVAC, electricity, ventilation)
• Planning, ordering, and following up on operational and maintenance measures
• Ensuring that properties comply with laws, regulatory requirements, and contracts
• Working with long-term maintenance plans
• Participating in and driving technical projects during renovations and new constructions
• Procurement and follow-up of contractors and consultants according to LOU
• Actively working on energy optimization, sustainability, and technical development

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary technical education in property management, construction, energy, or equivalent
• Several years of experience in technical property management, preferably in commercial properties.
• Good knowledge of property technical systems (HVAC, electricity, ventilation, control, and regulation)
• Experience in project management and procurement is an advantage
• Knowledge of public operations and LOU is an advantage
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
