Workplace Description

The Authorization Center consists of about 18 employees located in various places in Sweden. This position is intended to be based in Gothenburg, and work will take place on-site at the office every day.

Travel may occur in this position.

Job Description

The Authorization Center is responsible for deciding on authorizations for the police's IT systems. The work involves collaboration with other departments within the authority and requires good dialogue with employees and managers in the organization. As part of the assignment, the Authorization Center is constantly working to automate and streamline work processes to benefit the authority's core operations. We are now looking for employees who can drive these efficiency processes.

You will work with:

• Deciding on authorizations for the authority's 40,000 employees
• Supporting users with authorization issues
• Proposing and driving technical development for efficiency
• Collaborating with other departments in change and development work

Qualifications

This is an opportunity for you who have:

· Secondary education or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way that the employer assesses as equivalent

· At least 1 year of continuous experience in IT, obtained in the last 3 years, of similar tasks, which the employer assesses as relevant for the position

· Experience in driving change work within IT, e.g., development/improvement of processes, automation, or similar

· Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

· Swedish citizenship

It is an advantage if you also have:

· Experience working in case management systems

· Experience working with system administration/system technology

· Work experience in public operations in a role that the employer assesses as relevant
