JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a care assistant ready for new challenges? We are now looking for a care assistant for a maternity cover where you will have the opportunity to influence and develop the future of elderly care.

We are looking for a care assistant to Vikhaga, a special accommodation in picturesque Viken. The accommodation has 47 apartments divided into two departments. We organize many activities for the care recipients, including a beautiful courtyard where we grill and have outdoor coffee.

As a care assistant within Vikhaga, you provide care, help, and support to the care recipients based on their individual needs and create a meaningful everyday life.

Your responsibilities also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical care tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant, preferably with experience in elderly care.

As a person, we see that you are engaged, cooperative, and flexible. Like us, you are passionate about the elderly and find elderly care exciting, wanting to make a difference for the tenants at Vikhaga special accommodation. To succeed in your work, you enjoy working together in a team that highlights each other's strengths. You are professional, attentive, and responsible. You have good communication skills and the ability to meet others, and you have a desire to perform your work with good quality. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
