JOB DESCRIPTION

As a nursing assistant with us, you will provide care and service according to the Social Services Act. This means that in your work, you will perform various interventions at the homes of care recipients based on decisions/implementation plans. You will also perform delegated health and medical care tasks based on the municipal responsibility in ordinary housing.

The work is varied, and you will be driving a car in your duties.

The work involves day or evening shifts on weekdays or weekends.

You will be based in Skogsliden in Båstad.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and we prefer that you have previous experience in the field.

In home care, you will meet various care recipients, which means you should be able to meet people in different situations in a professional manner. In working with people, unforeseen events can occur during the day, which means you need to be responsible and enjoy working in a changing environment. You also find it easy to collaborate with your colleagues and want to contribute to a good work environment.

A driver's license is required. You must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing, and computer skills are necessary as all documentation is handled with IT support. We use work phones for documentation and planning.
