About us

Norra vram is located outside Bjuv in the small community of Billesholm. Although it is somewhat rural, it is close to Helsingborg and Ängelholm.

Norra vram is an exciting facility that has 45 places divided into different categories. We offer dementia care, somatic elderly care, and psychiatric care.

Your responsibilities

As a nurse, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating nursing measures. You will also play an important role in the development of the competence of the organization and your colleagues, as you will train and guide nursing staff as needed. You will also have an active role in management, working closely with the operations manager to lead and develop the facility. You will also be part of the management team and a network for nurses within Humana.

You will primarily work with:

• Independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions

• Managing and following up documentation and deviations

• Admitting and discharging patients

• Assisting with the move-in of new clients and being responsible for delegating health and medical tasks

About the employment

• Working hours and employment rate: Daytime, 100%

• Employment type: Permanent, we apply a six-month probationary period

• Salary: Salary is based on agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements.

• Start date: According to agreement

For this position, it is required that you:

• are a licensed nurse

• have a B driver's license

• have experience working in special housing

It is also an advantage if you:

• have knowledge in psychiatry and/or substance abuse issues

• have experience in similar work.
