We are looking for you who have a degree as a care assistant and want to work both days and evenings as well as every other weekend. We want you to be confident in your role as a care assistant and have a positive attitude towards development and change.

We would like you to have knowledge, interest, and experience in working with individuals with cognitive impairment/dementia.

Good computer skills and proficiency in the Swedish language are important for the role. To thrive with us, it is important to have a positive attitude towards flexibility and development.

To create a good mix, we are looking for employees for both permanent positions and longer temporary contracts as we have employees who are furthering their education. Start date is according to agreement.

About the tasks and role

The work involves care work based on the user's wishes and needs as well as delegated tasks according to HSL. The work also includes being a contact person and holding one or more areas of responsibility. As a care assistant, you will design implementation plans, document in Lifecare, evaluate, and contribute to ensuring that the operation maintains good quality. We follow up on quality in national registers such as the BPSD register, SweDem, and Senior Alert.

In the role of care assistant, you are part of a multidisciplinary team. You contribute your knowledge within your professional competence. Through close collaboration with the manager, nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, as well as others in the team, you help provide users with meaningful lives where the individual's needs are at the center.

About the workplace

Linehuset is located in Linero in eastern Lund and consists of two residential units, each with 48 apartments. Each residential unit has six departments, both for individuals with dementia and somatic departments.

The garden is in a park-like environment and includes a gazebo and a sensory garden.

We work together for a good work environment, for example with regular micro-breaks and the opportunity to use our recovery chairs. Our employees are our strength and greatest asset.
