About us

Hooks Herrgård is a fantastic facility located 20 minutes south of Jönköping. We have been awarded Sweden's best meeting place several times, we have two beautiful golf courses, a truly excellent kitchen, and one of Scandinavia's best Spa & Fitness facilities. Today, our spa team consists of about 25 knowledgeable employees distributed across spa, treatments, and training.

About the job

Many people want to visit our lovely spa, and we are now looking for more staff as we expand our operations. Can you offer our guests a unique spa experience with the highest quality and personal service? Then you could be one of us.

With us, you usually start your work by planning the day. You check in and introduce our guests to a fantastic spa experience. Throughout the day, you run the operations together with your colleagues, with a strong focus on the spa bar where both food and drinks are served. Throughout the day, you also ensure that the spa environment is clean and tidy for both our guests and your colleagues. The job also includes selling Kerstin Florian's spa products and rituals. You will also perform administrative tasks such as checking out, processing payments, receiving bookings, and making orders from our suppliers needed for daily operations.

About you

As spa staff, you are our face to the outside world, and therefore we believe that high service, positivity, and collaboration come naturally to you. It is important that you take great personal responsibility where you can prioritize and collaborate with your team to ensure smooth operations. A typical day often has peak times where you simultaneously need to manage check-ins and check-outs, phone bookings, bar orders, and cleaning in the spa area. Together with your colleagues, you will meet the day's challenges and opportunities with a positive attitude.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability, and we want to create a wonderful spa team with good cohesion that together provides our guests with an extraordinary spa experience.

Information

Scope: approximately 20%, with the possibility of extra shifts as needed and summer jobs. Working hours: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Our spa is open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and as a part-time employee, you will primarily work evenings.

A driver's license and access to a car or moped are required as other transportation options are limited.

Start date by agreement.
