A place where curiosity, learning, and joy are at the center. Skogshyddan is a small unit with close collaboration. Located in the beautiful nature-rich wooden town of Hjo, we offer a safe and inspiring environment for children to grow and develop. We are proud of our dedicated staff and our work to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all children. In Hjo municipality, we strive for an equitable preschool. Regardless of placement, we work according to common structures, working methods, templates, and guidelines. We actively work to reduce our child groups.

We are now looking for an engaged preschool teacher who wants to be part of our team at Skogshyddan. We are looking for someone interested in driving development and has experience working with learning environments.

You will work as a preschool teacher at Skogshyddan and have part of your position as a development educator. The development educator part can be expanded in the future. As a development educator, you will be part of a team with four other colleagues. You will be involved in the establishment and refinement of our reuse center.

As an educator with us, you will have space for, among other things, professional development, mentoring support, and 25 extra hours of trust time per year. We work proactively and preventively with early interventions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work with, among other things:

• being responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing competency development initiatives for children and educators.
• guiding and supporting preschool educators in their work to create inclusive learning environments.
• collaborating with guardians, staff, and external actors such as the business community.
• contributing to the development of the organization's approach and working methods to promote learning and development for all children.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a licensed preschool teacher/teacher.
• has experience in working with learning environments.
• has a good ability to create trusting relationships and collaborate with various actors.
• has a strong commitment to children's learning and development.
• has the ability to work independently and be proactive.
• has good language skills, both spoken and written in Swedish.
